Firstly our cakes are made by a Master Pastry Chef using the finest quality ingredients. Cakes are custom baked for your order ensuring maximum freshness. Our fondant finished cakes are layered and covered in a generous layer of chocolate ganache prior to icing in a thin layer of fondant. Gone are the days of dry cakes and thick fondant that nobody enjoyed. Cakes made with this technique really do taste as good as they look. This technique also allows for the best possible finish to your cake.
