Thanks Belinda for a cake that was both beautiful to look at and delicious to eat. Our guests kept coming back for seconds, asking where I bought it from. The mudcake was perfect and the icing was a refreshing change from what I am used to - needless to say none of it was left behind! I had to hide some to eat myself. Our family member who turned 60 today and was visiting us from interstate, said of the cake “That’s absolutely sensational!” Not only did it look great, and was so cleverly reproduced from photos, but it tasted delicious. The best mud cake we’ve ever had, and the icing was absolutely gob-smacking yummy too. It was a real winner, and you’re a very talented lady. The cake was awesome and very yummy. It was just like we imagined it to look like. The day was good. I was a bit worried in the morning as it was overcast but lucky it didn't rain. Thank you so much again for making the cake. I will definitely be recommending you to all my friends and family (alot of them live in Sydney which will be a little closer to you then we were :D ) hope you have a fantastic year.

The cake made it to the island perfectly. My mum just took it as a carry-on and I think she either held it or put it under the seat. It looked amazing and it was moist and delicious. Everyone loved it. My mum is very proud she decided to take the cake instead of buying one through the island. Most people told her she was silly but she took a chance and it worked out. She has been telling everyone about this. Thanks again for everything.

Our wedding day was amazing, and the honeymoon was everything we had hoped for. Thank you so much for the wonderful job you did with our wedding cake (or cakes)! It was definitely the centrepiece of the room with everyone commenting on how good it looked! No one had seen such a design and were hoping it tasted as good as it looked!
